Tarot Workshop Hosts & Speakers

Catharine Allan

Catharine Allan, a clairvoyant medium, spiritual life coach and artist.

I began to self study Astrology in high school and was having strong psychic experiences in my teenage years. Unfortunately I grew up in a family where this was considered crazy, and I didn't say anything to anyone until I moved to Montreal, Canada, and teachers and mentors started to appear in my life. I lived one of those, "when the student is ready the teacher appears" experiences. I began the Tarot when I was 22 and started to read as a profession by 28. I have also had a lot of experience counselling and coaching people. I ran support groups for women, have done healing retreats, and Vipassana meditation retreats, studied and practice sound healing, chakra cleansing, guided meditation, reiki, Bach Flower remedies, gem stone work, and can clear spirits from your aura and from your home if need be. I work with my guides and Arch Angel Michael at all times in the light.

Tiffany Crosara

After many a difficult experience with the Tarot personally, Tiffany Crosara dedicated herself to finding a way to work with it that empowered others, she went on to write "The Transformational Truth of Tarot" which won an Award for Best Spiritual Book of 2012, she read professionally full time in top London centres and on TV, winning more and more awards along the way - but she was downhearted. All she saw was a feeding of the addictive, compulsive behaviour with the Tarot - the very thing her soul was standing against.

She knew she had to break free from the companies and set a precedence on her own for working with the Tarot in a non predictive self-reflective manner, so in 2014 she launched the live online group program of "The Transformational Truth of Tarot" - she had no IDEA just HOW transformative it was going to be!

BUT! Because of the misunderstandings, it was so hard to market, she was at her wit's end, when in 2016 The Magician visited her in a dream and gave her the game concept of The Transformational Truth of Tarot.

In September 2018 Tiffany successfully Kickstarted The Transformational Truth of Tarot Game Changer, which has been incredibly well received - so well received that she is now inundated with requests from people to train as Game Guides for her Discovery Days and, for what it's all been for, for people to SEE The Transformational Truth of Tarot!

Start Your Day The 3D Transformational Truth Of Tarot Way!

Over twenty-seven years of Tarot exploration, Tiffany’s practice has developed from something that fuelled daily unconsciousness into a practice that fires up her daily awareness to all time heights.

Tiffany is a great advocate of daily storytelling and has kept a diary for it so long now she can’t even remember when she started! As time moved on this storytelling diary turned into a 3D epic with so many sparkling sides to it that she got sick of scribbling in numerous notebooks and is now making yearly journals designed to house (or should she say temple?) this sacred practice.

Here in this upbeat morning wake up workshop she shares with us this sacred morning practice of hers that she swears by.

Join Tiff first thing on Sunday morning to wake up your world The 3D Transformational Truth of Tarot Way!

This is a 3D workshop which means 3 Decks! Not essential but if you have more than one deck to work with it helps - 3 is the magic number!

The WHAT and The WHY of Tarot

Contrary to what some of our friends and relatives think, Tarot is not a religion: it's a world view, one of many interpretations of the perennial philosophy "As Above, So Below". The Tarot system is a way to conceptualize how we got onto this planet and what we are doing here.

But what is it we really DO with Tarot? And WHY do we do it? The answers to these questions are as unique as each person who takes the time to learn and work with the Tarot.

In this workshop we'll explore your personal definition of the "WHAT" and the "WHY" of Tarot. You might be surprised at how your conclusions will impact your relationship with the cards!

Beth Seilonen

Beth Seilonen, art that extends to the depths of humanity and back.

Beth began her tarot journey during her formative years of college when her mother presented her sister with a tarot deck. Intrigued by the images and symbols therein, Beth spent the following decade studying tarot and how the symbols interacted to create a deeper understanding of the self. In 2006, Beth began to paint her own tarot deck, the Theban Tarot, which was followed by one watchful tarot collector, who then prompted her to print her work. In the following years, Beth explored the use of tarot to capture the human experience. Often disguised through humor, the layers to her images offer an unabashed level of honesty for one to meditate upon and develop themselves.

Her mass produced works to date: Tarot Leaves, Dream Ravens, Bleu Cat, Guardian Tarot, and Tarot at the Crossroads (written by Shannon MacLeod).

Art of Actualization

Join tarot illustrator and educator, Beth Seilonen, as she walks us through a session using the tarot to create a three step plan to attain life desires. At the end of the session, you will have a vaulted pop-out card featuring your cards.

This activity will have participants establish a goal, then select three cards to establish steps/objectives/process to work through to best attain their goal and establish a timeline. The cards are inserted into two papers that have been pre-cut and folded into a pop-out card.

Pre-cut card papers will be provided, bring along your favorite standard sized tarot deck and drawing/coloring supplies.

Divination as Prayer, Reading as Ritual — the Spiritual Art of Tarot

Engaging in a reading with Tarot cards often takes the form of performing a ritual where the querent anticipates a response from the cards, as if an answer to a prayer.

This may not be the intention of the reading, but a deeper look at this phenomenon invites the following questions:

  • Is divining with Tarot cards essentially a form of prayer?
  • Is there a spiritual component germane to the design and use of Tarot cards?
  • Are Tarot cards ritual tools designed to support spiritual values?

Examining the religious and philosophical roots which lead to the development of Tarot as a deck of 78 cards, combined with the ritualistic nature of interacting with these objects, invites us to consider identifying Tarot as a true spiritual path.
